Neil Younger BSc Osteopathic Medicine

Picture of Neil Younger

I qualified as an Osteopath from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003.

Since then I have worked in private practices based in Luton, Harpenden, St Albans and Radlett.

During my 13 years as an Osteopath I have treated a wide range of people, aged from just a few weeks old to those in their 90s. The conditions I treat vary widely. People see an Osteopath for neck or back problems, but not many are aware of the other conditions that an Osteopath can help with. I personally like treating sports injuries, neck, shoulders and headaches. During my training I studied huge amounts of anatomy. Not just the muscular-skeletal system but also the viscera (the internal organs). As a result, I have the knowledge and skills to treat all sorts of gastro-intestinal and urinary problems. I bet you didn't know Osteopaths can help with Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Hiatus Hernia.

I like to keep my medical knowledge current by regularly attending conferences and educational meetings. I have a good relationship with many consultants and doctors in the area if need for referral.

I am covered by all the major health care providers.
